Bethesda Home employs a dedicated Social Services Director who sees to the personal as well as the emotional needs of the residents. The Social Services department has many diverse duties among which are admission/discharge planning, resident advocate and confidant, care conference coordinator, and assistance with state programs.
Bethesda has an active Resident Council who meet monthlyd. Concerns are addressed along with guest speakers who relate important information relevant to their personal and resident needs.
