Dietary Department Minimize
The dietary staff at Bethesda Home take pride in their Home Cooked Meals. The kitchen staff believe that all of the residents at Bethesda grew up with home cooking and deserve the best. They take great pride in their reputation for serving excellent home cooked meals and goodies.

The meals are a Five Week Cycle Menu set up by our Certified Dietary Manager and approved by our consultant dietician. Therapeutic and modified diets are offered as ordered by the physicians. Homemade goodies are baked by the staff and offered for snacks daily.

Bethesda also prepares meals for Lake Area Hospital. In all, the kitchen staff proudly serve between 230 - 250 meals a day. The kitchen employs 16 people. Six are full time, and 10 are part-time.
