Dave Rogers is a native of Watertown, South Dakota. Dave graduated from Augutana College with a degree in Health Services Administration and went on to obtain a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University. Dave previously served as an Administrator with the Good Samaritan Society in New Mexico and Arizona before returning to South Dakota.

Anne Baumgarn was born and raised in Webster. Anne graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in financial services and credit administration. She has been married to her husband Casey, since 2001. They have 3 children: Alivia, Alaina and Jackson.
